Back from Berlin
I did scratch out a blog update on Monday on my PDA in a Berlin cafe but alas the technology failed me...
What it said was a few quick observations about the city:
* Berlin was a smart city... even with all that concrete and graffiti...
* It was not too cold... and a bit of hot German sausage always helps...
* Unlike the Parisians (and Londoners by accounts) the Berliners (the people not the doughnuts) do know how to party at New Years...
* And Marc just thought the place was excellent!
Been in London since Wednesday morning at 12am... So naturally we have been taking it slow. It is only Thursday evening but already we have been missing decent coffee and the ability to sleep in... Have not been eating pork either...
